By using Voice ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Software is provided by Faraday Soft, the app studio of Leon Johnson ("we", "us"), in California, USA.
Voice is free and open-source software, licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. You may use, study, modify, and redistribute it under those terms. The source is available at github.com/sho-luv/Voice.
Voice processes audio locally on your device. Audio and transcriptions are not sent to remote services. We do not collect analytics, telemetry, or usage data. The app downloads its local speech and cleanup models over HTTPS when needed, and can check for updates.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FARADAY SOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Lock Chimes for iPhone is distributed through Apple's App Store under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Its privacy policy is at faradaysoft.com/lockchimes/privacy.html. Lock Chimes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc.
