By purchasing or using Voice ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Software is provided by Enfrosec LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Faraday Soft ("we", "us").
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on any Mac computers you personally own. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software.
Voice processes audio locally on your device. Audio and transcriptions are not sent to remote AI services. We do not collect analytics, telemetry, or usage data. The app may make limited network requests for LemonSqueezy purchase and license flows, and it may talk to a local Ollama service on your Mac if you enable cleanup.
Voice is sold as a one-time purchase through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. All payments, refunds, and billing inquiries are handled by LemonSqueezy according to their terms. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ENFROSEC LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
The Software, including all code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Enfrosec LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
